Downhill
Peter and Billie arrive in Tirol with their twin sons for a family skiing holiday and are looking forward to a relaxing and happy holiday. As they are having lunch at an outdoor ski lodge, an avalanche thunders towards them - a product of the ski resort's avalanche safety programme. Peter pulls himself to safety, leaving his family behind.
The avalanche turns out to be harmless, only Peter's instinctive reaction is the greater danger for his family, questioning his role as father and husband. Things quickly go haywire on the skiing holiday, the family goes off the rails with comedic power struggles and emotional breakdowns until they finally form a harmonious unit together again.
